Department of Justice

While the courts have not been clear on the issue of the ADA and websites the Department of Justice has. To quote from their amicus brief in Hooks v Oakbridge:

"The Internet is an excellent source of information and, of course, people
with disabilities should have access to it as effectively as people without
disabilities."
