Spitzer Agreement
Under the Spitzer Agreement both companies agreed to what is basically ยง508 or WCAG Level A compliance.
Not including costs associated with complying under their settlement each company was required to pay the costs of the investigation into their violations.
That cost was between $35,000 and $40,000 each.
