Doctype Example - Quirks 4.01 Transitional

This is the example text we are using for showing how the page can be displayed with a valid doctype and when in quirks mode. It will include divs and Tables and cells using CSS for formatting and positioning. Borders will be on divs. Tables and cells will use border: thin solid red in the stylesheet
