Orders received by 11 am CST will be shipped that same business day. Shipping Rates for all coffee orders are quoted as being shipped within the U.S. or Canada. *Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS only. If you wish expedited delivery to Canada please call or email us as International Orders below.
If your order is being shipped overseas, we will ship USPS Air Mail (4-7 day service). Our website cannot calculate international shipping costs. You may place your order, as you would normally place an order, completing all information on the order forms, and we will email you the actual shipping charges before we ship your order. International orders will ship within 48 hours, when credit card validation has been received and after shipping charges have been approved by you.

Only orders shipped via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail can be shipped to P.O. Boxes or Military Post Offices. All UPS shipments must go to a street address.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you buy from the HavaJava., return it, shipping pre-paid, within 10 days, for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. We cannot refund shipping costs.
